Cancellation and Return & Refund Policy

At Olra & Sam Co., we follow transparent and fair business practices while ensuring protection against misuse of our policies. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only within 48 hours from the date of placing the order. Cancellation requests made after this period will not be accepted. Orders once processed, packed, or dispatched are not eligible for cancellation or refund, except under conditions explicitly mentioned below.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered:

Refund Eligibility

A full refund will be issued only if:

Delivery Attempts & Customer Responsibility

If a customer is unavailable during delivery, the courier partner will attempt one re-delivery. Failure to receive the product during the second attempt will result in customer-initiated cancellation, and a partial refund will be issued after deducting delivery and logistics charges, up to 20% of the total order value.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds may take 15 to 45 working days to process, starting from the date we receive a complete and verified email request from the customer with all required details.
